Since May 2018, PAICODEO have been participating in the implementation of the Ardhi Yetu (AYP+) programme sponsored by Care International Tanzania.

In the program, PAICODEO objective is to contribute to the overall goal of the program which is “active communities and civil society advocate for an inclusive and transparent land sector, strengthening the land tenure security and resilience of small-scale farming and pastoral communities—particularly women."

The purpose of the activity is to raise awareness of the women groups on the local empowerment through traditional economic mutual assistance, Ewoloto in Kilosa district, Morogoro region.
